Another backup script for database, less customer info

The admin side needs another backup routine put in place where it drops/inserts all tables with the exception of the customer/order/reviews/sessions/(wishlist when it's incorporated),etc. tables.

Reason for this is for those of us who update our product database offline, and load the updated database to our web servers.  If a customer is logged in and we do our update, then the customer will get 'booted' due to their session being invalid and also their shopping cart will get cleared, or if they did have something in there and already purchased, than the cart will be re-installed with the old products.  The list of possibilities could go on... I'm sure most of you will know the points I'm trying to make.

For now, I've been doing my updates manually via phpMyAdmin, though it'd be good to have the second backup script there to save the hassles.
