Law and OSC

Hi, I've installed osc 2.2 and with some people of Italian community ( http://www.oscommerceitalia.com ) I'm testing it but there is an little problem... when an user/customer make the registration dont have the space for put the "Codice Fiscale o Partita IVA" = personal tax code or tax code of the company this is needed in all european area and another option needed is the selection for give the OK for the privacy law.

This little options I think must be part of the OSC pack and not the modifications of it, for the tax code there is an contribution here http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1180 , for the privacy confirm is only 1 confirm and if the customer dont select the ok is impossible make the registration and with this selection he confirm of have read the disclaimer and accept it
