However, given the choice between retaining the name of an outdated file and being able to correct/update errors, I would prefer the latter. Besides, once a download is complete/expired, there is little reason to use the old filenames in the table and the code that would adapt to a (possibly new) filename would not be invoked with admin intervention (say, by resetting the download count/date).
