Contributions Section Should Have Rating System

With how the system is now, I have no idea how good the contribution is.With a rating system it would make it much easier for everyone in my opinion. Contributers should also in my opinion provide a link that shows off their contribution without requiring users to download and install the system. I also think themes and images should be able to be seen before downloading and installing it.
