This message was sent from: Suggestions and Proposals http://forums.oscommerce.com/viewtopic.php?p=216155#216155 ---------------------------------------------------------------- Well I prefer to make it easy and seamless to the user.. There are certain types of belts that only go with certain buckles. But I want to list a belt in one style and let the user choose the atributes, then go tot eh next step which will list buckles that only fit that belt - and vice versa. Will the product attributes do this? Look at this: There may be 10 different kinds of skins for a single belt, and each skin may have 10 different colors(out of an infinite number). If a customer picks a belts called say "The Laredo" then with product attribs it will list all the skin types(lizrd, alligator, buffalo, etc) as one attribute, and then all the colors too as another attrib, but some of those colors don't exist for some skins.. Essentially I need to have sub attributes for an attribute - in this case specific colors for each skin.. A wizard that filters results in step 2 based on step 1 would help me.. Any comments?
