Internationalization - support to other languages...

Hi,

I've made and posted a contribution to add Catalan language to OSC. But nowadays OSC has evolutioned (from v 2.2 to MS2).

I think it would be nice if there was a internationalization system, like a lot of free soft, that make easy traslator's work (a system that show only new or updated original text, and then you can merge it with all the rest of traslated text...)

Nowadays you need traslate ALL the text and publish it as a contribution :-(
