Order copies emailed to individual product owners

I am looking at setting up consignment sales.  A feature that would be very useful in this type of setting would be the ability to include an email address for each product and have a copy of the order for that product sent to that address.

This would allow the cart manager to offer items for third parties on consignment then have the person who owns the item receive an email when it is sold so they know who/where to ship it.  Emails would need to send the product information and shipping address of the buyer along with the amount ( but no credit card information )

Anyone up to this?  I am not a programmer so would not have a clue tho I am starting to study PHP & MySQL. :?:
