[/quote] No, but you do have to make sure that you added the information to all of the tables that are necessary in order to get the products to show up. keep in mind that there are 8 different tables that you might need to add inforamtion to in order to get one product to show up in the shop. I'd suggest installing the 'Easy Populate' contribution, which will aloow you to insert products in by using an excel spreadsheet. Otherwise, stick with inserting products through the admin interface.
