this is not a support forum EXCEPT for tips that are posted here and then it becomes a support forum when people have questions about those tips

did the original poster put his question in the wrong thread - yes

but then you and zaq have to start name calling and becoming trolls to continue and totally non-productive, non-relevant, nonsense conversation..

you know what - people make mistakes - you can either help them or not help them - there is NO REASON to call names for the sake of calling names and becoming argumentative

after over 2 years of helping people on this forum and writing mods and contributions you learn that people are human

and you learn how to be humane

as wizardsandwar pointed, there is an appropriate way to respond to people that 'do not follow the rules' and there is just being rude - pulling up other posts to try and justify a position out of context is useless (but then so is eveything i am saying here since it will only incur a flame response)

sometimes people make mistakes - sometimes people post on a thread because they think it is the right thread for them to post on - not everyone reads the forum rules (obviously)

when people start calling each other names and making rude remarks and rather than being polite and telling someone that they posted in the wrong forum, then all of this bs starts - and once this bs starts, then it becomes a flame war, moderators have to come in and waste their time in cleaning up and deleting these posts (which is why i really shouldnt even be responding now)

this thread is turned off for me
