That`s what I did in English.php and Japanese.php and the /catalog/ does not open at all any more, gives error 403. Why??

Also what should be the permission codes for these files?
I set them to 755, is this correct?? Because using the file manager from Administration panel tells me that I cannot not write to these files and I should change permission.
