in create_account.php i want to remove ( brith_day)

Hi all guys here   :D 

 
 just wanted to ask you if can i remove brith_day  feild and replace it

 with new feild called ( bank account number )

 of course you can change format of brith _ day from (m/d/y) to (number)

 but i need from you to tell me what codes i should change !?

 i need new drop_down box with banks names in the same creat_accont
 page but i don't now how to add new drop_down box  :x 


 plz help me to finish out my litle store   :roll:
