Problems with user agent and proxy for P3P

_JRC Proxy :_

Actually i try to use the JRC Proxy but it don't work correctly.
It seem that the parser of XML code can't read correctly the node of yhe
XML policies.

_Privacy bird :_

This soffware can't recognize the advanced  policy that contain for
sentence the element :

< DATA ref="#contact.telecom.telephone.number"/ >

< DATA ref="#loginfo.timestamp.ymd.year"/ >


Well , i'm looking for an effective  tool for matching the policy as is
described in P3P 1.0,

If you know it , could you say where i can find it.
