Dear all:

Thanks for your help, the first step has passed. the
online validator gives no error output for my P3P
policy on the site http://dagda.shef.ac.uk/springhouse

however, the site seems not generate cookies. when I
set browser to block all cookies, there is nothing
change. the page displaied as usual. 

please help
