Highlighting: Span-tag in title

Hi! Is there a chance to avoid the highlighting of keywords in the title? As formatting is not allowed within the title-tag, the complete <span style tag> is inserted, which is not looking very good. Inserting <!--ignore_perlfect_search--> around the <title tag> is no solution when the keyword is also found in the content of the page.
