@HTTP_LIMIT_URLS is supposed to limit indexing to one server, so if 
$HTTP_START_URL is the homepage of that server (without "index.html"), 
everything will be indexed. In other words: there's no need to change 
@HTTP_LIMIT_URLS unless your pages are on two different servers.
