Highlighting of search terms in the search result

How can I highlight search terms in the search 
result, no matter where those terms appear within the 
document?

For example, a search for the word "highlight" on the 
perlfect site:

http://perlfect.com/freescripts/search/

gives 3 results, all with the relevant terms 
displayed. However, most sites that use perlfect do 
not have this feature. For example, a search for 
"highlight" at:

http://www.acky.net/

displays only the first few lines of each document, 
and not the relevant terms.
