Works in DOS, but not VIA web, what could be wrong?

I just downloaded the latest version of Perlfect Search and installed per the directions. The search works great via the DOS prompt, but won't bring back anything if I try to submit over the web. The script and directory both have execute permissions. What could I be missing? See the link for yourself: http://65.107.191.165/test.html Any help would be greatly appreciated!
