more work in svn

Hi all,

There's some more commit (review welcome, as usual).

-> the email application is mostly working with imaps (mostly means,
that I can send mail, read them) but there's still bugs (moving mails
for example is broken). Will finish this work in 2 weeks.
-> the todo app is now "fully" working as far as I can test it. There's
probably regressions, I encourage people to give me hints about them.
-> I fixed some creations notices in the setup.
-> There's still some lang files to be converted to UTF-8. I'm waiting
the "gugux Go on" to convert them with iconv.

Please, do tests :).
