Hem, you should ask this to the users ML, the docteam ML is for docs and
translation stuff.

Seems like you're running phpGW on a NT install. I have no experience on this,
but I suspect the value of your temp dir is not correctly filled in your setup
configuration. Maybe someone with a NT install could help on this ?
