cannot login after setup

Hi

I have successfully installed phpgroupware.  I created an admin account and demo accounts and they are all being listed in the accounts table in mysql.

But none of them will allow me access?

After 3 or 4 attempts I am blocked and have to clear the access table.

Any ideas why the accounts are not working, not even the admin system?
