Can I publish FAQ, Wiki and "entry" form as public area?

Hi,

I am testing various groupware solutions at the moment.
Is it possible to integrate several parts in a seperate side to be shown  to customers ?
1.) I am dreaming of a FAQ area and/or a WIKI on a different website, which shows all entries, without Login.
2.) I would like to integrate a form in my shop,  where customers can open a ticket by themselves.

I have seen other solutions, which provide a link to public areas.
Maybe in phpgroupware there is anything similar, but I could not fin it.
