filemanager configuration

hello

i don't succeed in configurating the filemanger. could anybody help me!
if i try to upload a file i'm getting the following error message: 
"could not upload /home/simonbau/whatever.doc Quota exceeded"

certainly there is something wrong with the path but where's the bug?

in the configuration panel i just indicated "/files"
