Where is Files?

Hi everyone,
I have installed PHPGroupware on my Fedora7 box and most parts are working ok. I am unable to find where the User & Groups 'Files' folder is situated to move outside 'Webservers Document root' I have tried creating a 'files' folder in my home directory and setting the path in the 'Setup Config' Any help would be appreciated.
