Create content in WIKI?

When I go to the Wiki module I see some stuff about PHP Groupware, and wikitikki tavi (?) but that's it.
Can you tell me how I can add new subjects and content?
I've tried everything I can see in admin, etc.

Thanks for any help. Hope I can get this app ironed out, it looks so great - surely its going to be the best groupware in the world!? (I've looked at lots!)
