you'd need to know the actualy filesystem path to this on the server.
from your first error message, I'd guess this would be something like
"/mnt/web2/33/13/51659713/phpgwfiles/" since it needs to be outside
your webroot.

if you have question as the correctness of this path, ask your
webhost's support.
