TTS edit text

Hi everyone,
I am trying to edit the text that appears in the Category drop down box f=
ound when submitting a New Ticket in the Trouble Ticket System. I have se=
t up some Global categories but do not want the "<Global Trouble Ticket S=
ystem>" text to appear as well as the category title. I have spent a lot =
of time searching through the various files but so far had no luck. (Idea=
ly I do not want this text at all). Alternatively is there any way to set=
 up categories for either a group of users or all Users?
