Hi Anthony,

Thanks for the bug report.  Although this is a bug, php5 is not officially
supported for 0.9.16.  Our php5 policy is to fix issues as they are found, so
long as the effort involved is not far greater than the effort involved in
using a work around.  In this case, a work around exists which is simple
compared to the fix.

A couple of days ago I fixed setup in HEAD, so this should not be an issue in
the next major release of phpgw - 0.9.18RC1 due in around 4 weeks.
