[patch #5311] Adding ajax (prajax) and a test for it

Update of patch #5311 (project phpgroupware):

                  Status:          Ready For Test => Wont Do                
             Open/Closed:                    Open => Closed

Follow-up Comment #3:

The prajax_util code can be replaced by the phpgwapi/js/json/json.js code for
JSON handling and the events code is handled by phpgwapi/js/core/events.js or
the YUI code iirc. I don't see any need for adding/stripping slashes on the
client side.

I am closing the patch as "Won't do" as we have agreed to not apply it.
