[bug #19437] Template problem

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #19437 (project phpgroupware):

That would normally work - but is not sufficient this time.
The root seems to be scrambled in the function display_header()
Of course one can use reference and reset the root to the correct location
within the function display_header() - after the echo parse_navbar();
