[bug #19433] missing table / not null for column

Follow-up Comment #5, bug #19433 (project phpgroupware):

That's funny to see such a remark in a list of comments that appear in
reverse order in savannah :o)

BTW the problem of null column has nothing to do with the order of the
functions. That would have been better to open a specific request for it
instead of re-opening this one.

Order has been switched from Z order to A.
