Summary:  Slovak translation of E-mail application

Original Submission:  I consider this as 0.9 beta. The translation is complete, but context-sense bugs were not catched for now. I'll submit newer versions as soon as I make them.

Slovak language is known as "sk" in GNU/Linux locales and uses codepage iso8859-2.

Please, add the support for the language to official phpGroupWare packages.
