Deprecate 'deley_key_write' configuration directive. Create MyISAM and MyISAM Merge tables with the 'DELAY_KEY_WRITE=1 PACK_KEYS=1' options. Switch to from 'TYPE=' to 'ENGINE=' in MySQL table creation scripts.
