Summary: pma.sql on

Initial Comment:
sorry, I do not know if this is the right place to ask this
question.

I am trying to set up openTracker on a webspace
account with PHP 4.2.2 and mySQL 3.23.39

- installed "mysql.sql" via Phpmyadmin without any
problem

- set up the .ini files without any problem either

however I can not install the pma.sql (acces denied)

It seems that I can not track correctly, getting error
messages like:
"phpOpenTracker Warning: Database query failed"

Is the pma vital for the Tracker to function ?
