I have PHP Version 4.2.2 installed, but I am still getting 
the "Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The 
script whose uid is xxx is not allowed to 
access ./phpOpenTracker-1.1.4/phpOpenTracker.php 
owned by uid xxx"
Can you offer any advice?
