Summary: "Incorrect key file" error appearing on all pages

Initial Comment:
All pages are throwing the error: "phpOpenTracker Error: 
Incorrect key file for table: 'pot_accesslog'. Try to repair it" 
it does show a different table name for some pages - hitting 
refresh shows the page.

platform:

Mac OS X Server 10.2.6
MySQL 3.23.53
PHP 4.3.0

Was working fine.

This is a MySQL problem, not a phpOpenTracker problem.
