Summary: API call visit and returning_visitors 

Initial Comment:
The parameter in the API Call "visit" doesn't process the 
parameter "returning_visitors" (see doc. for visits point 
5). My example doesn't work and haven't found some 
code in the API/plugins/access_statistics.php
