Summary: Use of $config in global scope precludes use

Initial Comment:
Because phpopen tracker uses $config in the global
scope it precludes it use in almost all of my
applications because the framework is already using the
$config variable.

I am requesting this be moved to a class scope variable
so it does not interfere with the websites that want to
embed it in their design.

Sorry for not accepting this bug report earlier. It has been
fixed in CVS and the fix will be part of the
phpOpenTracker-1.4.1 release.
