Fresh merge tables install

	This might be more phpopencounter-user related question, but
	what is the correct procedure to create tables if you create
	a fresh phpOpenTracker install. 

	Do you use just myisam_merge.sql or first myisam.sql and
	then myisam_merge.sql.

 	In both cases pot_accesslog table is not created. Is mysql_merge
	handler supposed to create this automatically or do I still 
	need to use the split_tables tool (even if I am doing a fresh
	install)? This is the part where documentation is not quite
	clear.
