Summary: Documentation fails to mention db_type of 'mysql_merge'

Initial Comment:
Although the documentation talks about using Merge
tables nowhere (that I could find) does it say that you
need to set the db_type to 'mysql_merge'. Even in
phpOpenTracker.php it only says:

// Database Type
// Available values: 'mssql', 'mysql', 'oci8', 'pgsql'

I had to dig around and finally figure out that
'mysql_merge' was an option.
