Summary: Bug in API returning_visitor.php / _numReturningVisitors

Initial Comment:
In the function _numReturningVisitors the sql-statement counts 
the returning visitors. But it counts the visits and not visitors. I 
think the sql-statement has to be modified like this (add the 
distinct-keyword): 
 
"select count(DISTINCT(visitors.visitor_id)) AS returning_visitors"
