[phpOpenTracker-devel] developing a plugin to detect visitors coming from proxy servers

I want to develop a plugin which will help detect the visitors coming
from proxy servers. I just want to make sure:
a. I am not duplicating any effort already put in to develop something similar.
b. any other comments !!
