Ah, that would explain why it doesn't work with the current version of
phpOpenTracker ;)

Please don't forget to add to the documentation that a createlang is now
needed. So three steps to creating the database in postgres:

$ createddb phpOpenTracker
$ createlang plpgsql phpOpenTracker
$ psql phpOpenTracker < creationScript.sql

Can't wait to try out the new version!
