[phpOpenTracker-User] Bug report: returning_visitor API

Using version 1.2.0

I got the following error when trying out the returning visitor API and 
setting the result format to xml:

This error occurs if the was no data (i.e. no returning visitors for the 
range specified)

Error Message ........... Undefined variable:  visitors
Error occurred in ........ 
/usr/local/lib/php/phpOpenTracker/API/plugins/returning_visitors.php on

These error occurred if there was data for the range specified:

Error Message ........... Undefined offset:  3
Error occurred in ........
