Did you install the search_engine plugin?

You need to:

1- download the seach_engine plugin
2- install the search_engine plugin (pear install
phpOpenTracker_Search_Engines_Plugin-1.1.0.tgz)
3- create the database tables needed for the plugin. The table
definitions are found in docs/plugins/search_engines/sql.
