[phpOpenTracker-User] top clients or which client_id are in database

Is it possible to either:

1: retrieve which client_id’s has most visitors in given time range

i.e.

client_id / visitors
1=40
4=19
7=12

or as an alternative:

2: retrieve which client_id are represented in database?
