[phpOpenTracker-User] Upgrade Guide 1.2 to 1.3 to merge_tables

Sebastian,
do you provide an upgrade guide from 1.2 o 1.3 with merge tables?
I think,
0. backup the pot data (but how, if there is a large amount of data and no
shell access?)
1. change the table structure of pot_accesslog and pot_visitors
2. change API calls (which and how)
3. check for working correctly (as before the upgrade)
4. backup the pot data, see above
5. run split_tables.php
6. check for working correctly (as before the upgrade)
(7. ask Sebastian for help - just kidding :-)
