Okay, first off. I just found phpOpenTracker. This is exactly what every purist has been looking for. Most brilliant, abstracted, documented and complete piece of software of it's kind. When some standard, easy to use, OS frontend is written, this will take on web trends and the rest, possibly even greats like awstats (which is fantastic, but in perl). Here is my situation: I have a website that is cobranded and has subdomains, so the urls: calabashmusic.com, calabashroots.com and afropopshop.org are identical, my Front controller script parses them. Also valid are: music.calabashmusic.com dance.calabashmusic.com search.afropopshop.org member.calabashroots.com and baabamaal.afropopshop.org (this is an artist, there are hundreds of subdomains). I've looked at the docs fully and source a bit and I've managed to find all the parameters you can pass to log() and their meanings more or less. What I need to do is log for every root domain a manually parsed url (I can do this) AND I need to log under a global client that tracks everything together. Should I do this, or should I just log them individually and then UNION them together by writing an API plugin? Also, how do I make sure the script doesn't think it is referrer when a user clicks from music.calabashmusic.com/world/westafrica To baabamaal.calabashmusic.com Or news.afropopshop.org/world/aboutafropop Thanks for your help ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: SF.net Giveback Program.
