     * Removed the DELAY_KEY_WRITE=1 directive from the MySQL
       table creation script.

     * Corrected a copy&paste error that prevented the
       num_visitors_online and visitors_online from working correctly.

     * Fixed a bug in the MySQL Merge Tables handler.

     * Fixed a bug in CSV result format generation of the top
       phpOpenTracker API call.
