[phpOpenTracker-User] phpOpenTracker 1.4.0 Released

   25-Jan-2004, Version 1.4.0

     + Added a script to benchmark a phpOpenTracker installation.

     + Added client id to client name mapping configuration.

     * The MySQL database driver now explicitly creates a new
       connection to the database server to prevent the reusal of
       a connection to another database.

     * Optimized the database driver's fetchRow() and query() methods.

     * Refactored the configuration system. It now uses a PHP file
       instead of an INI file.

     ! Changed license from the 'phpOpenTracker Software License' to
       the 'Apache License 2.0', see LICENSE for details.
