   + Added separate database creation scripts for InnoDB, MyISAM and
     MyISAM Merge Tables for MySQL.

   * Deprecated the 'merge_tables_threshold' configuration directive.

   * Renamed the $config variable in conf/phpOpenTracker.php.dist to
     $PHPOPENTRACKER_CONFIGURATION to avoid conflicts between
     phpOpenTracker's configuration container and the tracked web
     application.
